Assuming you've given us your headshots and resume, in most cases it will be up by the end of the day of your appointment. |

Do I have to do anything to put my SpeedReel on Actor's Access/Breakdown Services?
No! We will submit it to Actor's Access for you! You just relax and enjoy your SpeedReel. |

When will my SpeedReel be on Actor's Access?
It takes one business day to show up, so it will be up the day after your SpeedReel is updated. IF for some reason it does not show up, please email or call us and let us know. |

What happens if I forget or lose my SpeedReels.com link?
Your link is based on your name. Typically, for a name like John Doe, the link will be: www.speedreels.com/talent/jdoe. You can also go to www.speedreels.com and search the database for your name. |

Does SpeedReels edit full reels as well?
Of course! We've actually been editing full reels longer than SpeedReels. Our rate is just $35 per half-hour. |

How do I update my headshots, resume or the highlight credits on my main page?
Simply email your new headshots/resume/highlight credits to headshots@speedreels.com. Headshots are $10 a piece to add/replace. Resume and highlight credit updates are free. |

How many headshots can I have?
Two are included with the package, but you can have as many as you want. Each additional headshot over the first two is $10 a piece to add. |

How do I update my SpeedReel?
That's easy! Simply call us and make an editing appointment, or drop off your new material for us to edit. You can also drop off a pre-cut SpeedReel to replace your current one for $20. |

If I change my SpeedReel does my subscription change?
No, your subscription is completely independent from any changes you make to your SpeedReel or your page. You can make as many changes as you want, your subscription will last the entire 6 months or Year, depending which one you chose. |

How do I know when my subscription has expired and how do I renew?
First you want to make sure any spam blocker you may have is not blocking emails from 'info@speedreels.com'. You will receive an email from SpeedReels.com letting you know your subscription is about to expire.

Can I have more than one SpeedReel?
Yes! In fact, we encourage it! Splitting your material into different types/genres (comedy/drama, theatrical/commercial/hosting, etc.) is a perfect way to apply your SpeedReel to specific roles.
For each additional SpeedReel you add, there is a one-time charge of $20, plus editing. After that, you only pay for editing to update any existing SpeedReel. |

What if I want a DVD Copy of my SpeedReel?
It's $10 for the first one, and $5 for additional copies. |

What else do you guys do?
Our goal is to provide a one-stop-shop for our clients. We offer Editing, online SpeedReel hosting, Audition Shooting (which can be put online and sent anyone across the world within 15 minutes from shooting it), Scene Shooting and DVD duplication. We also offer our clients a great way to find an agent/manager (ask us about "10-in-10") and Casting Directors. |

How do Casting Directors see my SpeedReel?
The best way for them to see it is for you to send them the link or let them know you have one. Casting Directors and their associates also visit our database frequently on the lookout for new talent. |

Do you offer a referral special?
Absolutely. We give our clients ONE FREE MONTH online for any new client who puts them down as a referral. Since this is how we keep track, make sure they give us your name. |
